My holistic educational journey began locally here in Orange County. What started as a skeptical inquiry into the world of holistic medicine blossomed into a life-changing experience that continues to this day in the work that I do. Before attending massage school I had spent years in two vastly different career fields; that of art conservation and later on in the world of tech start-ups.
I transitioned to working at a luxury hotel spa and sought a post-graduate education in clinical MLD. I had the great fortune to eventually learn from the founder of ASTECC, Anne Bramham and Ashley-Jo. The “spa medicine”-inspired training I received from them is the foundation of my philosophy to this day.
With a focus on the therapeutic and regenerative nature of MLD, it has all come together at a180life. My focus in the treatment room is to offer results-driven MLD and to share the value of its decongesting, regenerative, and nervous system calming effects. The capacity to heal through Manual Lymph Drainage is endless with clientele receiving treatments for inflammation, pre-/post-op care, and pain management.
